Outlook, Outlook Express, Outlook.com, Outlook on the web, or Outlook Mobile, whichever term we use to call, Microsoft Outlook is the personal information manager which is available with the office suite package. Previously Outlook was just a desktop mail clients. Now it’s a single domain for Hotmail(free email service), Outlook(desktop mail client) and Windows Live. It is not just an email application but also includes calendar, contact manager, note taking, journal, task manager, and web browsing.
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Live and Microsoft Account; all are connected terms with each other. If you already got Microsoft Account, you can use the same account for accessing Outlook.com, and if you have Outlook account([email protected]) you can use that account to log in for Microsoft Account, and it is identical for Microsoft Live account.
If you already don’t have an account, you can create new Hotmail account immediately.
Outlook Email Login using a web browser
Step 1: Open a browser and go to https://outlook.live.com
Step 2: Enter your Outlook email. Click Next.

Step 2: After opening Outlook Click on File menu.
Step 4: Type your Outlook email and Click Connect.
Outlook email login via Outlook mobile app
- Download Microsoft Outlook app. iPhone and iOS users install it from App store, Android users download it from Google Play Store.
- Open Microsoft Outlook app and press Get Started.
- Type your Outlook email and press Continue.
- Enter password for the respective account and tap Sign in.
You can login with multiple email accounts on Outlook mobile app.
To login with different email account:
Select setting icon inside the Outlook app.
Tap on Add Account.
Repeat the above mentioned process.
